Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)

IBHS provides individualized behavioral health support for children and adolescents under the age of 21 who may need additional support managing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. Services are designed to support children in the environments where they live, learn, and grow while working together with families and other important people in the child’s life. Within IBHS we provide individual, ABA and group services.

Individual Services

Individual consists of providers utilizing evidence-based practices to include but not be limited to, DBT, CBT, Play Therapy, Behavioral Modification Strategies, Natural Environment Teaching, and more.

Applied Behavioral Analysis Services

ABA is an evidence-based approach that focuses on understanding behavior and building meaningful skills. ABA services use individualized strategies to help child develop communication, social, learning, and daily living skills while reducing behaviors that may interfere with their ability to participate successfully at home, school, and in the community.

Group Services

Within IBHS, group services provide children and adolescents with opportunities to build social, emotional, and behavioral skills in a supportive group setting. Through structures activities and therapeutic interventions, children can practice communication, coping skills, problem-solving, emotional regulation, and positive peer interactions while working toward their individual goals.
