Kolbe Gray, MA, LPC, CRC, LBS

Kolbe Gray is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Licensed Behavior Specialist, and EMDR-certified therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs. She earned her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Edinboro University and has a diverse professional background in mental health counseling, behavioral health services, and clinical leadership.

Kolbe is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at PennWest University, further expanding her knowledge and expertise in supporting individuals with diverse learning and behavioral needs.

Her clinical experience includes trauma-informed care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and individualized, evidence-based behavioral interventions. Kolbe takes a compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered approach to her work, emphasizing the importance of building meaningful relationships, recognizing individual strengths, and helping individuals and families develop practical skills to navigate challenges and achieve lasting, positive change.
